	Education seminar Programme: Barcelona, 22-23 Oct 2009 Below in the Resources box, you will find the programme, list of participants and minutes of the Education seminar. We want to thank all the participants for their interest and active participation in the debates. The new set of guidelines are now available, and can be downloaded in "The seminars" introduction page. Description: In this seminar, participants discussed the guidelines on ICT, migrants and Education in Europe. Discussion started over the general drafted guidlines on Migrants and ICTs, and on the second day, we discussed on specific guidelines related to Education.
