Introduction
In the second phase the students – mainly the same people as the participants of the first phase – had a chance to apply what they had learned in the analysis phase. With the help of hands-on workshops they learned how to plan an audiovisual project for the internet from idea to storyboard, use the camera, work with non-linear editing systems, and subtitle their clips.
This phase had a genuinely practical character, and was divided into three stages: the hands-on workshops, the actual producing of clips, and the Cologne Conference, where all students presented their clips.
